Most of my life I have been living in Castellon de la Plana, the hub of Spain's ceramic tiles industry. In 2005, the year after finishing my studies abroad, I took my first steps in the ceramic industry as area manager in the export department for a factory in Alcora where I was responsible for many markets all around the world.
When the construction crisis disrupted the industry I started this agency with an exclusive focus on the Indian market, which remains very important to me until today.
For personal circumstances, I moved to Belgium where I developed a new client network for different Spanish, Italian and Indian factories.
At present I am working as an agent for the Belgian and Indian markets.
After so many years I have realised that our work is predominantly built on trust and confidence. Given the multitude of tile factories worldwide and intense competition, choosing the right tile company and agent to work with is always the pivotal decision. This is why I believe in the importance to invest not only in profesional but also in personal relation with customers.
The thrill of creating new designs, engaging with different markets, attending trade fairs and connecting the right people makes this experience really fascinating.
